Working Hours
Kaela will be available Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 4pm AST. Messages received outside working hours will be responded to on the next working day.
Communication
Day-to-day updates will occur via email or within the dedicated project space. You can expect a daily or every-other-day async update to be sent via email, plus a written weekly summary / check-in every Friday.
Response Times
How to Flag Something Urgent
Mark the message as URGENT and send via your agreed channel. Please DO NOT rely on email alone for time-sensitive requests.
How Approvals Work
We will send items for approval with clear line items, deadlines, and all necessary instructions within your morning and EOD updates. Delays in approval may shift project dates.
How to Submit Assets
Send a specific request with a clear deadline. Submit files via Google Drive. Do not send large files over email or Slack.
Requesting Additional Work
- Send us a message describing what you need.
- We will confirm whether it falls within or outside the current scope of work.
- If out of scope, we will send a written estimate for your approval before any work begins.
- No additional work begins until both parties have confirmed in writing.
Minor tasks under 30 minutes may be accommodated at the service provider's discretion without a formal scope amendment.
